ORDERING FAQs

HOW CAN I ORDER?

Orders can be placed directly through the website.  Once you have added the last item to your shopping cart please follow the checkout process.   It is not possible to place an order via phone.

 

IS THERE AN ORDER CUT OFF TIME?

All orders must be placed by 10am AEST.


CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled or changed only if they have not been prepared for dispatch. Please be aware that orders are generally shipped within one working day, hence we cannot guarantee that requests to cancel or change orders can be accommodated.

Please CONTACT US as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change an order.  It is likely that a second order will need to be placed.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering, this will include your order number and details.   If you don't receive either email, please contact us HERE.

 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, we can deliver any where in Australia and New Zealand.  Why not deliver straight to family,  friends, your workplace or even a a holiday destination.  Please include the delivery address details when ordering?


CAN I SEND ORDERS TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
Yes, but you must place each order separately.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FROM A FOREIGN COUNTRY?

You can place an order from a foreign country; however orders can only be shipped to an Australian and New Zealand addresses. To find out more please visit the Shipping' FAQs below.

PAYMENT FAQs

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.   To help speed up your shopping experience we also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  


WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

All payments are charged at the time of order through those services per their standard usage agreements. Bloccs® does not retain your payment information.  

DELIVERY FAQs

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post.  We will send you an email as soon as your order is 'out for delivery'.

Once we despatch your order you will receive an email with order tracking details. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination.

Typically, orders are sign on delivery although some items may no longer require a signature. Please contact our Customer Service team if further information is required. If no one is available at the address to sign for the parcel(s), then a postal card will be left and the parcel(s) can be collected from the specified location at a later time.

SHIPPING TIMESCALE

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, the delivery cut off time is 10am (AEST) each working day. Orders placed outside of office delivery hours will be dispatched the next working day (excluding public holidays). 

AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

STANDARD DELIVERY – this is a free of charge service. Delivery timescales can be found by clicking HERE.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY – this option calculates price based on your address details provided.  Delivery timescales can be found by clicking HERE.

 

If you require your order urgently or for a specific event, we would always recommend selecting Express Delivery to try and avoid delays or disappointment.

 

WILL I BE GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER?
 
You will receive a separate email from Australia Post confirming your tracking number, which can be tracked HERE.  If you do not have a tracking number please CONTACT US.

 

THE EXPRESS DELIVERY COST ISN’T SHOWING?

Ensure that the full delivery details have been completed.  If you would like your order to go to an address which is different to the billing address, please tick the ‘Deliver to different address’ box.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer International Delivery to New Zealand only.  All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).  All orders will be charged in AUD.  Our Customer Service team can be contacted for more information if needed.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs will be reflected during checkout when you select New Zealand as the shipping country. It is possible to select either Australia Post Standard or Express Services.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of any import duties and/or taxes that may apply for their specific country.

GST - GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

10% GST (currently payable in Australia) is automatically removed from the purchase price of your products for overseas orders.
